In 2015, my parents first signed me up for 4-H and put me in photography. Ever since then I’ve been in love with everything about it. Taking photos, editing, designing, and so much more. Last year, I came to Cloverdale in October. After a while, I started hearing some things about Citizen One News. I thought it sounded cool but didn’t express that I was interested until now. I’m so glad that I’m finally a part of Citizen One.
I’m super excited to get more knowledge about photography and just to have more fun and spend time with my community. I’d say my favorite types of photography are portrait & sports photography. My dad used to cover sports when he worked at the Banner Graphic and I’ve always been inspired by him so he was really excited when I told him I was going to be a photographer for Citizen One.
I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me and to spend time with people that share my interest in photography. I’d also like to thank Mr. Varnes for teaching me pretty much everything I know about cameras and photography.
