New Year Resolutions
As the New Year begins people across the world make promises or resolutions to themself. Majority of the time these resolutions go to waste even if they're good optimistic goals. Some of the most common resolutions people have are to lose weight, work out, and manage money. Even if shopping locally isn't one of your resolutions, there are so many ways for you to support your community and accomplish your resolutions.
Fall in the Midwest
by andrea | Oct 27, 2021 | Environment, Popular, Reviews, Spirituality, Weather |
The Midwest is one of my favorite places to be during fall because you never know what the weather will be like. But no matter the weather, the most beautiful shades of browns, oranges, tans, yellows, and reds fill the land. Time to cozy up with blankets and some candy and watch some of your favorite movies.

Just Desserts: A Clothe-A-Child and Feed-A-Friend Holiday Benefit Event
by Citizen One | Nov 23, 2021 | Civil Service, Economy, Health, Public Safety |
Parents in need may ask for a form from Cloverdale Elementary or Middle School. Fill it out and return it to the school. It includes detailed information such as clothing and shoe sizes, and other needs. Forms are given to Volunteer Shoppers who make sure each child gets a coat, shoes, pajamas, undergarments, other clothing needs, and a special request like a toy or book. The Volunteer Shoppers return items to the school, and everything is distributed from the Cloverdale Elementary School Gymnasium, on the date provided on the form. We have also extended the program to include food goods for those who need food, called Feed A Friend.
